Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@autoconverse.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services or help anyone else do so. Specifically, you will not:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or compromise the Services' security
• Use the Services to send spam, malware, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Use the Services to infringe the rights of any third party

Intellectual property

The Services, including all content, software, and trademarks, are owned by Auto Converse Limited or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit through the AI assistant. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your business purposes.

Fees and payment

Some Services may require payment of fees. If so, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Converse Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe you have done so. Upon termination, all licences granted to you will cease immediately.

WhatsApp and Meta terms

Some of the Services operate through WhatsApp. Where you use WhatsApp-based features, your use is also subject to Meta’s WhatsApp Business terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and Meta’s privacy policies, as updated by Meta from time to time. If those terms conflict with these Terms in relation to your use of WhatsApp, Meta’s terms apply to the extent of the conflict.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, save that nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have under the law of the country in which you reside.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
